| We provide
periodic (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) cleaning
all rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Dust furniture,
vacuum and sweep/mop floor. |
| We clean
the open surface areas and common use areas of
your home only. We do not open drawers, cupboards
or closets. This is to protect your privacy and
our integrity. |
| After thoroughly
cleaning with a safe and tested detergent, faucets
and sinks will be wiped dry with the dry cloth
to avoid water-spots. |
| It has been
said that one of the tips of good cleaning is;
always clean from the upper part to the bottom,
from the second floor to the first floor, and
from the back to the front. If you clean out of
sequence, the place will be covered with dust
again. Take it from a Pro, finish one room at
a time and never carry the dirt to other rooms. |

time service:
The first time will take 3.5 - 4 hours to remove
dirt thoroughly by two persons. Each time thereafter
will take about 2 hours. |

customized to meet the needs of each individual
customer. We will input your special requests
and notes into our database. (i.e. Do not touch
antique clock in the living room. Please change
the sheet if I put it on the bed. Please be sure
to shut the gate to prevent my dog escaping to
outside,. etc.) We will bring this document to
your house every time and we will strive to maintain
a quality service.

Do I need
to prepare any cleaning supplies? |

No, you do not. We will
arrive at your home with all supplies and equipment
that we have specifically developed to clean you
home. (For example, equipment only for toilet
bowls, only for mirrors, cloth, eight or more
kinds of mild detergent, brushes and sponges,
buckets, vacuum cleaners and garbage bags., etc)
We will not borrow your tools except
at the time of housekeeping service. |

Do I need
to stay in house while you are cleaning? |

Most of our customers supply
us with a key to their home. Many of our customers
are working people that just don't have enough
time in the day to do everything. We will be responsible
for your key and you will appreciate coming home
to a clean house. However, once we make a contract,
we will visit your house only on the specific
date and time. |

What if
I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was
done? |

If you're not satisfied
with our services, please tell us. Merry Maids
will come back and re-clean whatever is in question
at no additional charge. Your house will be cleaned
just the way you want it. At Merry Maids, the
job is only finished when you are completely satisfied. |
